What is tadalafil?
Tadalfil is used for treatment of sexual disorder
or erectile dysfunction, known as impotence and is
the most wide spreaded sexual disorder among the male

How does tadalafil work?
Tadalafil acts by blocking enzyme called pphosphodiesterase-5
(PDE-5) and it helps muscles in the penis relax and

Precautions
Before taking tadalafil, tell your doctor about
any medical problem you have - any kind of heart problems
such as angina, irregular heartbeats, heart failure,
heart attack, low blood pressure, high blood pressure
that is not controlled.
Also, if you have any other problem with liver, kidny,
stomach, or any other disease retinitis pigmentosa,
a rare genetic eye disease, stomach ulcers, a bleeding
problem,a deformed penis shape or Peyronie's disease;
have had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours,
or have blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia,
multiple myeloma, or leukemia, tell your doctor about
it.
Dosage
Tadalafil should be taken by mouth at least 30 minutes
before sexual activity with or without food. Do not
take it more than once daily and follow directions
given by your doctor.
Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice
while being treated with this medication unless your
doctor instructs you otherwise. Ask your doctor or
