Side effects
The most common side effects reported in the study were
following:
- headache,
- myalgia (muscle pain),
- dyspepsia (upset stomach following meals)
- back pain.
To minimize severity of these side effects, lower
doses are recomanded.
According to the tests, tadalafil, doesn't affect
blood pressure as much as other erectile dysfunction
drugs.
The early tests seem to indicate that Generic Cialis
doesn't affect blood pressure as much as other ED
drugs. The clinical trials showed that statistically
there was no significant difference in cardiovascular
side effects from the placebo
Drug Interactions
If you take any other prescription or non-prescription
medicine, vitamines or herbal supplements, tell to
your doctor, as it may affect each other. Before you
start or stop taking tadalafil, or any other medicine.
Precautions
Before taking tadalafil, tell your doctor about
any medical problem you have - any kind of heart problems
such as angina, irregular heartbeats, heart failure,
heart attack, low blood pressure, high blood pressure
that is not controlled.
Also, if you have any other problem with liver, kidny,
stomach, or any other disease retinitis pigmentosa,
a rare genetic eye disease, stomach ulcers, a bleeding
problem,a deformed penis shape or Peyronie's disease;
have had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours,
or have blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia,
multiple myeloma, or leukemia, tell your doctor about
it.
Dosage
Tadalafil should be taken by mouth at least 30 minutes
before sexual activity with or without food. Do not
take it more than once daily and follow directions
given by your doctor.
Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice
while being treated with this medication unless your
doctor instructs you otherwise. Ask your doctor or
pharmacist for more details.
